Ari Coester is a queer, dedicated author-illustrator creating ecology-inspried middle grade fantasy graphic novels. Inspired by Rad Sechrist and Trung Lee Ngyen, his work will appeal to anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider and has an imaginative spirit.

Ari lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he teaches environmental education. He spends most of his spare time looking for cool bugs and taking his pet tortoise Tau for walks. He hopes you’ll enjoy his drawings.
